Based on Groups of 20 or more players on Friday Saturday and Sunday, 15 players Monday-Thursday, WITH RESERVATIONS.

Reservations and deposit required for all private groups (see policy below).

Private play dates can be booked any time during the week. Full payment is not due until date of play. Deposit (per player) is only lost if player does not show. Payment balance can be collected individually on play date.

Upgraded markers add $10.00, must be reserved in advance (limited availability). Specific team building activities and tournaments available (may require an extra charge).

Private Group Policies

A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person is required 2 weeks before the play date. Deposit is to guarantee spots and equipment. If a player no shows no one else will receive their paintballs and deposit is forfeited for that player. If pre-payment is made in full all monies per player will be lost. Mon - Thur payment in full for all 15 players is required even if players do not show to play.

If the minimum amount of players does not show or are not participating, Paintball Atlanta reserves the right to add other players to the group. The additional field charge is still non-refundable.

Rescheduling can be done only once and must be done 7 working days prior to play date. A rescheduling fee of $75.00 will be charged that day or we will consider it a cancellation and the deposit is non-refundable. New play date must be agreed upon at time of rescheduling.

No other offers or discounts can be applied or used. All other rules and policies apply. Any changes must be in writing and authorized by Paintball Atlanta Management. We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time.

What is the difference between Option One and Two?

Option One includes 500 paintballs per person along with equipment This option works best if everyone is paying individually. Everyone knows they are paying the same amount and they get exactly the same as the other people in the group. Option two works well if the company is paying for it and it doesn’t matter if one person shoots 790 paintballs and the other shoots only 40 paintballs.

Why is the cost of option two the same as the open play?

The cost is the same but the benefits are different, you are playing as a private group, so no one will join your group. We assign staff to your group to make sure you have a great and safe day. They will work with you to make sure you play the style games you like and the fields you like the best. We anticipate you will buy paint by the case so you are getting our best pricing.

Can we use the birthday rate for private groups?

No. Only group rates are allowed since we provide additional staff for your group. The birthday rate is for open play only.

Do we have to have staff with us or can we save money and not have them?

All groups are required to be staffed. We are a very safe field and staff is required for all groups and it is also based on our insurance program along with making sure you have the safest day possible.

Why do we need a deposit?

The deposit is required to reserve your time slot, the equipment you need, have paint on hand, and for the staff required. The deposit has to be in to us at least 10 days in advance so we can make sure we can staff it.

What is the deposit?

It is a $10.00 per person deposit with a min number of players required. Friday, Saturday and Sunday the minimum number is 20. Monday – Thursday it is 15.

Can we pay the minimum deposit and show up with more?

You need to have your numbers close to what you expect to be there, we only have a certain amount of equipment and if you tell me 20 players and show up with 35 there is a good chance we will not have equipment for all of them. If you show up with one or two more you’re probably safe. We say underestimate a little and we will over estimate a little and it should be good.

What happens to the deposit?

The deposit is credited to the overall cost for everyone who attends. Each person will have a $10 credit when they arrive and will just owe the balance. If a player doesn’t show up they forfeit the $10.00 deposit BUT UNLIKE OTHER FIELDS, YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY IN FULL FOR THEM.

Do we have to pay in full for everyone before we get there?

No, you can pay the balance the day of play but if you don’t arrive the deposit is forfeited.

Does one person have to pay for everything?

No, we can collect for each person the day of play. We take all forms of payment at the field.

Can each person call in with there own deposit?

No, one person does have to pay for the deposit, because it is hard to keep up with individual deposits at the field. We recommend when someone says “yes we would love to play”, you ask for the deposit right away. That way if they don’t show up they are only out their $10.00.

What if it rains?

We play rain or shine so dress properly and be prepared.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation 12 days in advance but after that you lose your deposit. Rescheduling can be done at our discretion and is based on availability and may only be done once.
